Very conveniently located close to the railway station.
Clearly in need of refurbishment. Bar closed on a Saturday night and a 20-minute walk into town.

With a bit of investment this would be a stunning hotel,however, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Hotel was clean. Staff friendly and went out of way to be helpful. Good location. Had bar meal on one night and food was well presented. Used gym and spa and enjoyed with towels available. Rooms had lots of space and clean
It is an old hotel and the decor reflects the era but isn't shabby, so if you can accept this then you'll enjoy your stay. Shame the sauna was out of order but the steam room was just as pleasant. Only difficulty I had was that I hate shower curtains and these were in spa changing area although appreciate the lay out may not have facilitated doors being fitted

4 Nights in Perth
All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. Restaurant food was good, although a little expensive. WiFi good Location great by the station and an easy walk to the centre of town.
The decor was tired and shabby. I was not happy with my original room due to the smell, but had no problems being changed to another room.

Great location, next to train station.
Very dated decor and furnishings, signs of wear and tear, room falling apart, in great need of a complete renovation.
